Simply fill out the below form below and a member of our staff will be in touch with you within 48-hours. We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for all events excluding parades. Parades require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit. You can make your deposit via credit card or by check. Information on how to make deposit payments will follow your submission of this form. Please take a moment to read our
terms and conditions page before submitting your reservation. Events outside of Hillsborough & Pasco County require approval and will incur a $150 fuel/maintenance surcharge. Parties in Pinellas County Parks require a $150 special events permit from the County or City for our trucks to be able to enter the park. If you have any quesitons, please call us at

** Old Cracker Fire Company currently serves Hillsborough and Pasco County. Depending on the location outside of these two counties will depend on our ability to accomidate your event. To keep our prices reasonable for families and businesses within our service area and to offset the rise in fuel and maintenance costs, we charge an additional $150 surcharge for events outside of our service area. This charge is a one-time flat fee and will be added to your invoice prior to the event. All events require payment in full no later than 24-hours prior to the event.
